A gentle and low impact style of yoga. Aqua Yoga takes the principles and movements of Yoga and adapts them to the water environment. With the release of gravity the body is able to find the optimum stretch. By using the rhythm of the breath an inner sense of relaxation can be achieved.

What are the benefits?

Helps to improve strength,flexibilty and range of motion without any pressure on the joints. Weightlessness of the water takes the pressure off the body so you can go even deeper into your poses. It can be greatly beneficial for those suffering the following aliments: arthritis, hip and or knee replacements, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Muscular Dystrophy, anxiety, depression, pre-natal, post-natal, post-surgery, people with difficulties balancing, sciatica, and beginners as well as people who already have a regular practice.

Aqua Yoga is suitable for everyone.  It is suitable for men, women, young, old, flexible, not flexible, beginners, intermediate, prenatal etc who are looking for a gentle style of yoga that is also fun.
