I love this Meditation, its a new favourite of mine. A friend introduced it to me a while back. I am delighted to have it recorded for my students to enjoy any time they need some extra grounding 🙂
This mountain meditation allows us to feel grounded and steady like a mountain that no matter what the world throws at us that we are strong. This meditation allows us to access our inner strength and stability when faced with stressful and challenging circumstances, both internal and external.
It can be easy to feel anxious or overwhelmed during this unsettling time and so we need grounding more than ever.
