This will keep you sane!!! I love love this smoothie! In Jason Vale’s book he has low fat yoghurt but I feel it you want to have a full detox you should eliminate any dairy products so I use soya yoghurt. It is entirely up to you.

Ingredients:

½ small Pineapple
1 handful fresh blueberries
1 handful fresh blackberries
200g of soya yoghurt
4 ice cubes

Method:

Juice the pineapple, add to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blend.

Whats so good about it?

It contains: Vitamins B1, B2, B6, C and E, fibre, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, boran, ellagic acid, beta-carotene, folic acid, phosphorus, anti-oxidants, zinc and sodium.

How it will detox me?

Blueberries contain some of nature’s most powerful anti-oxidants and anti-ageing phytonutients, which help to destroy the free radicals that age the skin and cause premature wrinkle. Blackberries are antibacterial, they promote healing and are also good for treatment and prevention of diarrhoea. Yoghurt will help to maintain a healthy gut.
