‘Balance, Beats & Bites’ 

in conjunction with Cork on the Fork Fest

Join us for Balance, Beats & Bites — a one-of-a-kind evening of movement, music, flavour and fun in the iconic Old Cork Savings Bank. The night begins with an energising yoga flow to live DJ beats, followed by a cocktail and mocktail reception with a live mixologist demo. Then we’ll gather for a delicious vegetarian feast from the award-winning Spice Genie food truck, finished off with homemade raw treats by Hazel from The Yoga Tree. As the night unfolds, soak up the sounds of Cork Rebel Brass as they bring the energy with their feel-good brass takes on classic Cork house tunes. A feel-good celebration of wellness, food and music — right in the heart of the city.

The Evening’s Flow:

6:15pm – Doors open at the Old Cork Savings Bank, Lapp’s Quay
Settle in and soak up the atmosphere of this stunning venue before the evening begins.

6:30–8:00pm – Yoga Session with Hazel (The Yoga Tree) & Live DJ Set
Move, flow, and breathe through an energising yoga class guided by Hazel, set to uplifting beats from DJ Mike in the grand banking hall.

8:00–8:30pm – Drinks Reception & Cocktail-Making Demo. Enjoy handcrafted cocktails and mocktails while Moxy Cork’s mixologist demonstrates how to shake up a signature drink.

8:30–9:30pm – Dinner by Spice Genie
Tuck into a delicious vegetarian feast from the award-winning Spice Genie Indian street food truck, followed by wholesome raw treats from Hazel at The Yoga Tree.

9:30–10:30pm – Live Music from Cork Rebel Brass
Close out the evening with high-energy, feel-good house classics performed by Cork Rebel Brass — a big brass finish in true Cork style.
