This is our 30 minute Quick Fix Flow that will set you up for the day.  Fast pace of yoga that moves with the breath; toning the body, making it flexible and strong while calming the mind and improving breathing.  Each class will focus on a specific challenging spot such as core, arms, bum, legs etc

Level: Suitable for all levels but as always please listen to your body and only do what you feel able to

When: Live Stream Tuesdays at 6.30am – 7am & Live Stream Fridays at 6.30am – 7am
