In this flow we are cultivating happiness so we can live our best life! Happiness is our birthright so lets reclaim it!!
In this practice we move through breath work to lengthen our breath so that we can activate our parasympathetic nervous system(our rest & renew mode) in order to combat any stress that might be holding us back. We move through chest openers and backbends to induce feelings of positivity, happiness and to boost our energy. Also flowing through twists so that we can twist out any knots in the heart.
Throughout this practice we introduce mantras to encourage happiness.
