I have spent many year training with the amazing Yogini Shiva Rea. One of her trademark creative sequences is the Dancing Warrier. This variation is called Dancing Warrier 1008 and comprises of backbends, twisting, side-waist opening, and lunges. It will help build your flexibility in all parts.
I love how it focuses in on the heart opening with the many backbends and twists.
