De-stress & Unwind Flow

In this practice we move through poses that allow us to let go of tension so we can de-stress and unwind.

Its hard work carrying a baby in your belly all day and this practice is perfect after a tough day or when our body craves deep rest.
When you are pregnant it is so important to listen to your body, so please do sit out any pose that does not feel right for you and rest whenever you need to.
