1 slice lemon with rind on (unwaxed if possible)
1 inch slice Cucumber
1 stick Celery
1 inch piece fresh Ginger
Juice all the above and pour over ice.
Whats so good about it?
It contains: Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C, E and K, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, boran, ellagic acid, beta-carotene, folic acid, phosphorusm selenium, riboflavin and anti-cancer phytonutrients.
How it will detox me?
Apple and cucumber are amazing for flushing out and cleansing the system. The celery helps to flush the body of excess carbon dioxide and reduce acidity in the body(great for your yoga practice!!). Ginger is a well known natural antibiotic and superb decongestant. Lemon is particularly powerful at removing harmful bacteria and toxins from the intestinal tract and is also amazing at cleansing the liver and kidneys.
