Embrace the Good with the Bad

Embrace what is challenging in our life right now but also what is beautiful.

Pour a large glass of water 1/4 full. Slowly begin to sip the water and during each sip think to yourself what is challenging in your life right now, feel it embrace it. Once you have finished your glass, pause and then pour the glass full. As you slowly begin to sip this glass of water think to yourself what is beautiful and great in your life right now!!

I just adore this meditation as a way to really feel what is going in your life rather than burrowing it but then remembering how amazing your life is also.

This has the added bonus of hydrating you lol!!! ♥
