Gratitude Raw Treats!!

During our Yoga classes this week we focused on Gratitude (definitely up there on one of my favourite themes)!! Gratitude is a big part of my own personal Yoga practice and I love teaching it in my classes. I will chat more about Gratitude, the benefits and how to bring it into your practice at another post.

As a way to acknowledge how grateful I am to my students that they keep coming back to my classes 🙂 and that they allow me to have a job I adore and share my love for Yoga I made these gratitude raw treats for them this week. I made a couple different types, one were the Raw Bean Truffles I have posted in the past and a new addition to the Yoga Tree Raw Treats is my Raspberry Snowballs!! As always they are both very easy to make and as you can’t burn them its always a bonus for me 🙂


100g of Mixed Berries (I used raspberries) frozen or fresh
80g Gluten Free Oats
35g Coconut Flour
20g Desiccated Coconut and a little extra for coating if desired
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil


  1. Blend all the ingredients leaving a little desiccated coconut aside for coating
  2. If too dry add a little water
  3. Roll into balls of desired size and coat with desiccated coconut 
  4. Pop into the fridge

**Tip If you find these are a little tangy and not sweet enough you could add a little natural sweetener such as date paste or manuka honey
