In this Hatha flow we are creating space in our heart so we can embrace each moment and let go of anything that is not serving us!

In the first half of the practice we move through twists to twist out anything that is not serving us and holding us back. Once we have let go of any past hurt, inhibitions or maybe negative emotions we can then open our heart and welcome in new experiences, self love perhaps and positive emotions. The second half of the class we moves into chest openers and back bends.

We begin and close the class with a restorative and meditation.
