For those that don’t know me my name is Hazel and I am thrilled to be able to share a little bit of Yoga and Meditation with you.  If you would like to learn more about me please click here.

In the below practice we are giving ourselves a 30 minute break from our worries and stress and focusing on all the amazing things in our lives.  In this flow we move through chest openers and back bends to welcome in positivity.  We also take movements throughout our yoga to be grateful and appreciative of all the amazing things in our life! 

I have also included below a short meditation to help you to stay calm and grounded.   Even if you have never meditated before this will be a great intro into meditation.
