If you have been holding onto a grudge or part hurt/pain learn to let go of it. It can be so hard to let it go but this pain/hurt is not serving you.
If you are finding it hard to let go of this something but you want to let it go, a little simple technique can be to write it down on a piece of paper and if you are ready to throw that piece of paper in the fire!! Let it Go!!
