Your Weekly Meditation

Many studies have proven that meditation has numerous physiological benefits, including a study done at Harvard University. In the 8-week study, researchers determined that a simple practice like meditation could rebuild the grey matter of the brain in as little as eight weeks. The brain’s gray matter is responsible for the primary thinking, perceiving, and cognitive functions of the brain, helping us process information. Meditation can do much more than boosting the brain, and it may even help you reduce your blood pressure, fight anxiety, and help you fight pain.
Each week I post up a New Meditation but meditations from previous weeks are available in the Meditation Library Section ♥
Week of the 8th March 2021
This week's meditation is called The Morning Meditation and is best practiced on waking first thing in the morning, when maybe we haven't even gotten out of bed yet or have just woken up.The Morning Meditation
You can meditate at any time of the day or night, but research suggests that the ideal time to meditate is first thing in the morning. The benefits of meditation are enhanced when your mind is free and clear before the stresses of the day have crept in.
In this meditation we are visualising the day ahead of us and visualising how we would like it go. Sending positive vibes towards our day!! It helps us to set the tone and the rhythm for our day,
We may often say to ourselves that we just don't have enough time to meditate in the morning (I know I am guilty of that at times too) but this meditation is just 4 mins long. Surely we can find 4 mins, rather than pressing the snooze button try a short meditation to cultivate the best mindset for the day ahead!! ♥
I hope you enjoy ♥

Your Meditation Library

Over the last couple of months I have introduced a new Meditation to you each week. You may have found that some resonated with you and were particularly beneficial. Repetition can be very powerful, practicing favourite meditations as often as you can. Also each day we may feel different and may require a meditation specific to how we are feeling today. And so I am delighted to be able to share all past meditations to you so you have a library of meditations at your finger tips ♥ I have also included the length of each meditation so you should be able to find a meditation to fit whatever time you have free ♥
