In this Vinyasa flow we are boosting our energy so we can take on the day.
We begin our practice in an inversion restorative pose: Viparita Krani (legs up the wall pose). We flow through back bends and more gentle inversions to give us a natural energy boost. Also flowing through poses that release tension in our body that may be holding us back and making us feel sluggish.
Who needs coffee when you have Yoga!!
