Location: Aula Maxima, UCC
Date: Friday October 18th 2019
Start time: 6.30pm till late!
18th October 2019: Our next exciting event will be located in the Great Hall, a unique “Tudor” style space which dates back to 1847 and has often been described as “one of the most magnificent rooms in Ireland”.
Specifically designed to help release blockages, create space for fresh perspective and let new ideas thrive, our fun night out is packed with lots of wonderful stimuli to get the creative juices flowing… It’s our usual fusion of energising yoga, food & music but with a brassy twist!
Taking place on October 18th, this intimate event will kick off with a dynamic prana flow yoga practice guided by Hazel and supported by the talented Izzy Ronan on saxophone & funky house beats with DJ Gwada Mike. All served up with yummy vegan food, healthy guilt free treats, mocktails and topped off with some grooving with Cork’s very own New Orleans-style brass ensemble – the Rebel Brass band.
The event is open to all levels of yoga experience from beginners to advanced, although some experience is beneficial.
