What is self care you may ask and why is it so important….
Self care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. Although its a simple concept in theory its often ourselves we think of last putting others before our own needs. Good selfcare is key to improved mood and reduced anxiety. As a Yogi you are already experiencing self-care. But you can never give yourself enough care and love so each week I will be suggesting a new self care tip. Schedule your self-care time, and guard that time with everything you have ♥

Buy Yourself a Bunch of Flowers
I love flowers and I do like to buy myself flowers when I go shopping. Everytime I pass them it puts a little smile on my face and that I did something nice for myself. So if you don’t already please buy yourself a gorgeous bunch of flowers this week and let them be a reminder that you deserve it ♥
