Vegan Mushroom Pate

We love this raw plant based Pate in our house,  My hubby who is my best judge of whether a food tastes ‘normal’ or not, adores it!!

It is earthy, filling and very yummy.  Tastes great smothered over a oat cracker or a dip.

This recipe is taken from The Medicinal Chef cook book.  A book worth checking out!

Ingredients:

125g Raw Shitake mushrooms
100g Sunflower Seeds
1 garlic clove
2 teaspoon of Bragg Liquid Aminos(or any low salt soya sauce)

Method:
Easy peasy pop all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth like pate.
