Waiver Agreement
1.1 I agree that I will undertake any classes or workshops at my own risk. I understand that ‘The Yoga Tree’ holds no liability for physical injuries or psychological/mental ill health that occur to me during workshops, trainings or classes.

1.2 I understand that I am fully responsible for following the instruction of ‘The Yoga Tree’ teachers for injury prevention, including modifications for asana and use of props.

1.3 If I have a pre-existing or existing physical injury and medical condition I I will seek medical advice before purchasing a Membership or class pass for classes and workshops.

1.4 I agree to monitor my own body and be responsible for my own self care during classes and workshops.

1.5 If I have a pre-existing or current injury and medical condition I will contact my treating physician or allied professional (physiotherapist, counsellor etc.) for clearance to participate in classes and workshops.

1.6 If I am pregnant, I will only participate in the classes Pregnancy Yoga classes for health and safety reasons of the baby and Mother. I understand that Yoga during pregnancy is contraindicated for first trimester. If I suspect that I may be pregnant I will seek medical advice before purchasing a Membership or class pass.

1.7 By partaking in classes and workshops, I understand that I retain control and direction over all my physical activities and voluntarily assume full liability and accept the risk of harm, including physical injury and discomfort as a result of participation in activities during the classes or workshops.

1.8 I agree that ‘The Yoga Tree’ is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend a studio class.
