This week in class we focused on all things core!! In Yoga when we work on our core is it not just for aesthetic reasons! But lets be honest it is nice to have a toned belly!! But in Yoga we are looking to go deeper. From a physical point of view we are creating a stronger base so we can support our lower back and create stability for our pelvis. From an energetic point of view we are awakening our manipura chakra, creating inner strength, courage, confidence. We are igniting our inner fire, our drive and our motivation.
