6. What weights do we use?
It’s recommended to use light dumbbells (usually 1 kg) to maintain proper form while flowing through the poses. You can adjust the weight based on your fitness level and increase it as you build strength.

The room is warm but not overly heated. The heat you’ll feel is mostly generated by your own body as you flow through the practice. This means you have full control over how challenging you want the class to be, depending on how you’re feeling on the day.

We don’t offer drop-in classes. Once you sign up for a course, your space is guaranteed for the entire term. Many of Hazel’s classes are fully booked, so this ensures you have a spot. It also encourages regular attendance 🙂 allowing you to experience the full benefits of the course.

No problem! The Yoga Tree offers other classes during the week, and you are welcome to make up your missed class then. This helps you keep up with your practice and maintain your routine.
